This hydrating mask has been sitting in my skincare bag for quite some time, so I decided to finally try it. My first impression was: why oh why haven’t I used it before? With the weather getting a little colder, my skin has been pretty dry lately and this mask has had a terrific effect on it. It’s highly moisturising, it reduces skin tightness and prevents itching, which makes it a perfect treatment for dehydrated skin.
The packaging is also really cute. I just love its pastel pink colour! The mask is the exact same colour, by the way, which makes it even more adorable. It feels so nice applying it on your skin. The product is very soft and creamy and smells really nice and powdery. It’s a lovely mask.
You all know that I only use natural skincare and MÁDARA is definitely one of my favourite brands. Their products are effective, environmentally friendly and just beautiful. This mask, for example, is vegan, nut- and gluten-free, and ECOCERT certified. It’s suitable for all skin types and contains a lovely blend of natural ingredients. Among which Northern peony and hyaluronic acid, that are great moisturisers, as well as lineseed and nettle, that have a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
It’s advised to use this mask twice a week or whenever your skin feels dehydrated and stressed. Apply it on clean skin and wipe off after 15-20 minutes, you don’t have to wash it off. You can also leave it on and go to bed. I usually do that and the next morning my skin feels so soft, pampered and moisturised. I highly recommend it. The only thing that slightly bothers me is that the mask doesn’t absorb very fast. Other than that, it’s almost a perfect product.
Thanks for dropping by and have a fabulous weekend!
