MÁDARA – Deep Moisture Gel

Rating: 8/10

The weather has really been good to us lately! I simply love when it’s nice and warm outside and I don’t have to wear a million layers just to keep warm. My wardrobe is not the only thing that usually becomes lighter during warmer periods, the same goes for my skincare routine. In the summer, like most people, I sweat more and my skin looks oilier, so I prefer to use gel-based products.

The one product that helped me a lot this summer is the Deep Moisture Gel by MÁDARA Cosmetics. It’s very light, absorbs quickly and has an awesome fresh and foresty scent. My skin was sufficiently moisturised and didn’t look shiny even throughout the day.

This gel contains a really nice mixture of plants, among which aloe vera, witch hazel and nettle. These are great for your skin, as they are strong antioxidants and offer nourishing care. Plus, they give this product a delicate, but distinct and lovely smell. If that’s not enough, the gel is also nut- and gluten-free, vegan, and ECOCERT certified.

In conclusion, this is a great product and I truly recommend it. However, it is specifically meant for oily and combination skin. So, if you have dry and/or sensitive skin, this gel probably wouldn’t be suitable for you.

Hope you enjoyed this post and thanks for reading and visiting. 😉 I especially want to thank and send my love to the 50 people who are following my blog! I really appreciate it, guys. ♥

About the brand: MÁDARA Cosmetics is a Latvian organic, high-end skincare brand. The products are made of northern herb essences, arctic berries and seed oils. The harsh and cold northern climate in Latvia gives its plants extraordinary healing properties. These enable MÁDARA to create products that can really protect your skin against terrible weather conditions.

Note: This post has nothing to do with advertising. I carefully choose and buy all the products I use myself, and my opinion is strictly personal.
