Sleek MakeUP – Face Contour Kit (Medium)

Rating: 8/10

I’ve been experimenting with face contouring quite a lot lately and I’m getting pretty good at it. It’s a really cool technique, because it helps you to define and shape your face making it look more sculpted. The awesome power of make-up! This technique is especially handy for people with round faces, like me, who unfortunately haven’t been blessed with high cheekbones and slim noses. It takes some practice to get the hang of it, but once you start using it correctly, you will love the result.

To get the best effect, it’s important to use quality products in correct shades and one of my favourites is the Face Contour Kit by Sleek MakeUP. It’s a gorgeous duo compact of a highly pigmented contour powder and a lovely highlighter. It’s very blendable and you only need a little of the product to get a beautiful finish. I honestly love how easy to use this kit is. It’s got great texture, a perfect size and a nice packaging, which is very sturdy and looks quite classy.

Sleek MakeUP has a lot of other great items as well, but it’s not a natural brand. The reason why I decided to review this kit anyway is because it doesn’t contain any controversial chemical ingredients, at least according to the Clean Beauty app, and because the brand is cruelty-free. They could do better of course, for example, the products are not suitable for vegans. But overall, I do appreciate their efforts.

Have you ever tried any Sleek MakeUP products and would you suggest a particular item? Do you think these kinds of brands belong on a natural beauty blog or should they be avoided entirely?

Hope you enjoyed the post and thanks for reading!

About the brand: Sleek MakeUP is a British make-up brand founded in 1995. They offer highly pigmented quality products to people of all skin tones. The brand isn’t natural or organic, but it is cruelty-free. They also don’t sell their products in China because the country still requires animal testing, and they don’t intend to until China changes its laws.
