I love taking a nice, warm bath so I can relax and think about the way I want to spend my time. To make this process even more enjoyable I like using bath milks. They (usually) smell great and it just feels really nice to lie in a milky coloured bath.
Weleda has great bath milks. I’ve already tried their Lavender Relaxing Bath Milk and it was divine. The one I’m using now is this Rosemary Invigorating bath milk. It has a lovely, refreshing scent and it relaxes me instantly. You can also use it in a foot bath to improve the circulation in your legs. I haven’t tried that myself yet, but it definitely sounds interesting. Especially because I have terrible circulation in my legs.
This bath milk will not only help you relax, but it will also revive you. After bathing in it I feel freshened up and more energetic. And because this is an invigorating product, it’s better to use it in the morning. I haven’t tried many products that contain rosemary, but I definitely like its effect on your body.
There are only six ingredients and they’re all natural. This bath milk is vegan and NATRUE certified. It’s also suitable for all skin types. The recommended amount for a bath is 2-4 capfuls, but I usually use five. Let me know if you’ve tried it and thanks for reading!
